The Best Overnight Oats + Chia Pudding

This meal takes a little bit of planning ahead (which can be hard sometimes) but I promise you'll be so happy in the morning when your breakfast is ready to go!




INGREDIENTS


Organic rolled oats

Almond milk (I prefer organic and no sugar added)

1 Banana

1 tbsp Cacao powder

Chia seeds

Coconut shreds

Blueberries

Cinnamon





DIRECTIONS




Base layer: Smash one full banana with a tablespoon of cacao powder and a splash of almond milk until it looks like chocolate pudding.










Middle layer: Combine oats and almond milk.












Top layer: Combine chia seeds and almond milk (this will turn into pudding overnight!)







Leave in the fridge overnight, top with fresh blueberries, coconut shreds and cinnamon and enjoy!
