Easy Vegan Burritos

This is so unbelievably quick and simple to make. I have yet to find a restaurant that can make a vegan french toast, so I love being able to make it for myself.


INGREDIENTS


  1. Siete cassava flour burrito wraps

  2. Jasmine rice

  3. Bitchin' Sauce (chipotle or cilantro)

  4. Tomatoesit (not pictured)e

  5. Black beans

  6. Romaine lettuce

  7. Tomatos

  8. Avocado

  9. Limes

  10. Cilantro

  11. Sea salt




DIRECTIONS


  1. Microwave jasmine rice and add lime, chopped cilantro and sea salt

  2. Heat black beans

  3. If adding jackfruit, I cook them in a saucepan until tender with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, sea salt and pepper. I also cut off the hard part of the jackfruit.

  4. Heat Siete cassava flour burrito wrap in a pan on medium for 30 seconds on both sides

  5. Add all contents to heated tortilla, wrap, cut in half and enjoy!
