Crispy Baked Tofu

This is a really easy, versatile and filling side to add to any meal. This is my healthy alternative to battered and fried tofu !

INGREDENTS


Himalayan or sea salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

Olive oil


DIRECTIONS


Cut tofu into thin squares (get rid of excess moisture by squeezing or patting with a paper towel)

Drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Coat with nutritional yeast

Bake for 20 minutes (give or take) at 400 degrees

You can broil it for an extra 5 minutes at the end to get them extra crispy!
